Every day you will laugh. When's the last time you laughed so hard it made you cry...at work?? The work environment is often light-hearted and you will be accepted and appreciated for the person you are and the contributions you bring to the organization. Everyone has a well-maintained child-like spirit. The organization is in a growth phase right now. It's an exciting time to be a part of everything. Each department is very clear on their goals and how they align with those of the other departments. Communication and collaboration are strong among teams and even across departments. Unlimited PTO, super great health benefits, and people bring their dogs to work
Cons
Lots of changes happening due to the growth phase we're in. Sometimes this can lead to bandaid fixes or us creating issues for ourselves when it comes to the platform. Path for internal growth is not discussed very much
