      Insurance and Benefits from Day One!

      Cons

      Sick/Absentee Tardiness Policies are inflexible and written in such a way, that both partners can't work if they have young kids. Between COVID, Flu, RSV, ear infections and more. I'd have been fired within a year. I have never worked anywhere so inflexible.

      Enough is almost never enough so very little job satisfaction.
