Cons
Alot of the shop machinery is from the 1960s. Most employees are required to work 9-11 hours per day. People in shipping work 15 hours per day at the end of the month. Be prepared to work Saturdays as well. If you are salaried or hourly, shop or office person-it doesn't matter you will be working like a dog here. If you like a work/life balance, this is NOT the company for you. If you like spending time with family and friends and pursuing hobbies, say goodbye to all that if you work here. No remote working allowed. Raises are atrocious and averaged about 2.2% for me over the last 15 years. Many years they skipped giving raises. If you want to get an idea of how poorly they pay take a look at the parking lot and all you see are 15 year old cars with faded paint.
