There were a few stand-up people who worked there. A few good and honest people.
Cons
This goes beyond me and extends to dozens of employees both currently employed and formerly employed at this company. The place is run quite literally by a coterie of people who will go out drinking together after work and on weekends find those people who are not members of their clique and spread rumors and gossip about them until it ruins their lives. The culture at this place is nothing short of the Stanford prison experiment in action. Such cliques are comprised of both senior and subordinate individuals who consistently share information outside of work that would not normally be shared or would be suppressed for ethical reasons. This complete breakdown of ethics in management puts the company in potential legal hot water. I was well warned before applying for work at this place, that damages may occur, but I chose to ignore this multitude of warnings and work for them anyway. I am now a victim of their poor management practices and tribal mentality. I am one of a long list of victims in fact. Several of the people in management who behave the way described above should be criminally or at least civilly prosecuted for some of their actions. The place is rife with criminal bureaucracy. That is unless you get into a social group, then you are only good until they are cutthroat. If you are on the outside of this, perhaps an introvert or you don't smile enough or are not talkative or prepared to gossip about others, then you are going to be hung out to dry. You will first be ridiculed, then ostracized, then terminated, and that's if you're lucky. If you are unlucky, they may just make up a story about you that ruins your life just to get you out of the way. Do not be a person with Autism or any other disability that makes communicating difficult. You will get the short end of the stick. Absolutely hands down the most Abismal and tox place I have ever worked in my life, and I'm not alone in this assessment.
