Pros
Tips are good and you get them at the end of every shift. Management are decent bunch. You'll be kept busy.
Cons
Zero work/life balance. Very little training given. Understaffed and high staff turnover. Kitchen isn't really set up for large groups, a la carte and private dinning; of which come in at the same time. Although there is a group menu, again the kitchen isn't really set up for it - which is weird as they do a lot. Long hours - Kitchen life sure, but they're longer than most. Hourly workers are sent home early and salaried have to take up the slack. Salaried workers - When working it out get paid the minimum wage. Open Christmas and New Years day - Urgh.
