      - People first culture - The partnership embodies the firms values - Still human and humble - Supported with career aspirations and further L&D

      Cons

      The firm is growing and therefore everyone is extremely busy so it is still balancing the people first culture and work-life balance with a busy workload but the dept head, partners and people team are very supportive and being busy is a good problem to have.

      Pros

      Employee wellbeing is core to the business and it shows. Fantastic benefits, flexible working, real community feel. It is a pleasure to work here. A real team effort and always extra support on hand if required.

      Cons

      The workload isn't always steady - it can be a bit up and down but that is the nature of the work.
