Sometimes the pay does not align with the work.

There is Great Work Life Balance. The benefits are pretty good.

The work environment can be very toxic. The organization is extremely top heavy which prevents opportunities for real growth. Business processes are antiquated which negatively impacts efficiency and productivity.
