No team spirit. Every department hates each other and there’s little communication between departments. Pay below market rate. No bonuses and pay rises unless you’re a qualified lawyer. You’re taken advantage of because you work hard and go the extra mile but it does not get recognised. Management only care about themselves whilst junior staff suffer. The attitudes of some staff are disgraceful. Certain people make your life a living hell but suck up to management so management love them and nothing gets done about it.
