It was a clean environment to work at. The training sheet itself was detailed and easy to follow. The front desk was organized.
Cons
Howard Johnson’s are independently owned so this review only applies to this property. Please do not work for this Howard Johnsons Motel. The owners did not use time cards for employees to sign in or out. The AD said $9.00 a hour. Then at the interview it went to $8.25. They were not truthful about the position. It was suppose to be full time night audit. It turned into a desk position with doing the whole Motels laundry at the same time. Then when it didn’t work out which fine because that happens on payday I went to pick up my check for the time I did work. They had no check for me and didn’t want to pay me. They finally paid me in cash and that was $7.25 a dollar less than agreed Upon plus shorting me a hour.
