Administration cares nothing about employees. Will look over your seniority for promotion and wanted vacation time and give it to someone who just recently started. B.c they are buddy buddy with them. Will force you to work overtime or be written up, but let someone else not show up for work and nothing happens. Doesn't care about your family life. And will force you to come in, and if you don't will suspend you with no pay. Will not let you leave for legit family emergencies but will let someone go home early b.c they are tired.
