      Boss is understanding and most of the members are nice and make sure you state what you need.

      Cons

      You work any day of the week and upper management will not communicate with you unless you get a complaint from a member.

      Pros

      My time as an employee at the Racquet Club was splendid and made my summer. Some of the best features of this job are the enthusiastic head coaches, friendly coworkers, the young children I got to work with, the nice shirt and swim trunks that were provided to me, and being able to hop into the cool water of the pool in the hot Houston afternoons. It was rewarding to see the young swimmer improve.

      Cons

      I wish the summer swim program was longer because I had so much fun working at the pool and hanging out with my coworkers and the swimmers.
