Long hours (12 hour shifts) Inconvenient PTO request policy (deadline is 30 days before requested date BEFORE the end of current calendar month with a full calendar month in between) which means if I need a date off in October, I must request the date before the end of August. Request submitted in September likely denied even if 30 days away. Only one 15 minute break and one 30 minute lunch
