Pros
It starts with their excellent ICARE values and the people that they have leading the company. Great job with employee satisfaction by showing employees that they care. Many great events for all employees and not just by department. Leadership is very good from the top down. Work-life balance is good because you have management that understands and knows that it is important to have that balance.
Cons
Some people say that it is hard to get into Houston Methodist because people love the company so much that they want to stay there long term, but that is not a bad thing.
