Pros

- Unbeatable benefits - Excellent reputation to the outside, not internally

Cons

- There is rarely if ever enough money to give raises, fund projects, etc. - The clinical care is absolutely chaotic. I would not be a patient here. - Management follow through in the administrative and clinical areas is lacking. - Very little accountability for management. They answer to no one; senior management is too busy to deal with smaller issues. - There is no room to move on the administrative side, unless you move to a different department, which may not be the area you wish to work in.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
