Pros

The upper levels of management seem to care very deeply for both employees and patients. Good benefits. Regular system wide bonuses.

Cons

Middle management in the specialty physician group is a disaster. Annual employee reviews are done by people who have never spoken to you and who don't even know what you do there. My last manager made inappropriate comments to me and threatened to retaliate if I talked to HR. Talked to HR anyways and they said they would investigate. After 30 days, the investigation hadn't even started. Employees who have jobs that could have been easily switched to work from home during the pandemic were not allowed to do so.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
