Research opportunities with clinicians with great clinical skills who truly care

Cons

Top management who doesn't listen and just boss around. Keep rolling out new policies formulated in closed door every few months, which in retrospect, all turns out to be defective. Promotion process is not transparent.

Great benefits, location, free parking & shuttle service. The salary is about what other organizations pay.

Cons

Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
