      flexibility for people with family. fantastic benefits ability to pick up overtime on other units Nursing week activities and the Nursing Gala free parking in the medical center!!!!

      early morning meetings for night shift retention issues with managers can be present obsession with patient satisfaction scores

      Pros

      Great perks, small bonuses, fair salary adjustments for cost of living and market adjustments; PTO is fair; health benefits are good but you have to stay within HM network, good remote WFH opportunities if you work for IT or analytics; good executive leadership in Dr. Boom

      Cons

      Challenging commute if you have to be in office; perhaps specific to department, but group restructured a couple of times, leading to uncertainty and communication issues
