Management here do not follow I-Care values. In the CBO, management do not communicate with staff in a professional manner. When any issue is brought up management to some managers, they seem to take offense to the staff asking them certain question. Before I started working here 2 years ago, I heard nothing but positive things about working for Methodist. At this point I would not recommend anyone to work at Methodist. Management has created a negative work environment but instead of them trying to fix the problem, they seem to flips things and it always end up being the employees fault.
