Pros
nice website, easy controls dealing with compensation package, huge district and great teachers work here.
Cons
Great teachers get looked over for favors, the district are choosing to get younger principals so they can control them easier and to pay them less then the seasoned vets who are not worried about the data as much. Too many scare tactics when it comes to staying employed, Ive seen to many teachers who had over 20 plus years of experience be placed on ppas which is scary for a new teacher or a teacher who has worked less than 5 years. The ideal that you place good if not great teachers on ppa plans for silly reasons is absurd.
