The vacation and other time off is phenomenal. There aren't many places where administrative personnel get two weeks off for Christmas.
Cons
If you aren't a teacher, or directly impacting the lives of students, your efforts are seldom recognized. You are the last to get a raise and the first to be cut in a downsizing effort.
