- Overworked and underappreciated for the efforts put in by entry and mid-level staff members of certain departments - Management's expectations continue to rise to an unachievable standard once a previous bar has been set. They make accommodations for fundraising staff who are high achievers, but who are not team players, and take out their frustrations on the lowest people on the totem pole. Constant conflicting opinions about job performance and approval processes from higher-level staff. Very micromanaging, The Executive leaders need to know every detail of everything happening in the organization.
