Pros
They’re improving - centralization, streamlining, better technology - though still could improve - but a lot of the old timers retired - fresh blood in leadership seems to be moving things along - in a good way. Growing, opening new branches, career opportunities.
Cons
Can be slow moving. Tech still not where it needs to be. Lobby hours in some locations are 7pm on weekdays.
