1. Mismanaged teams 2. Depressed Environment 3. No appreciation or recognition for good performance and hard work 4. Limited career growth (housing market is not a very promising field to grow in long term) 5. Bad appraisal and promotion processes. (No stable process. Some people with good performance didn’t get any appraisal/promotion. Some just due to their experience got promoted) 6. Very poor management (inexperienced managers) 7. Useless friday gatherings with free food and free drinks, fancy parties and events but not budget for appraisals. 8. Due to some poor business decisions by higher management company is not doing well
