      The Benefits were good enough

      The computer program and system are ridiculously old, unfriendly and very low efficient. They will control every step you do if you are under their benchmark (even if you were doing something else) they will ask for an explanation and will not accept it. They will not tell you the truth.

      Pros

      Working from home was great! Sadly, that was about all that was great.

      Cons

      Lack of management support, lack of training, lack of ethics within the Administrative Section. Did not follow SPB laws on position protocol and fights you when trying to get unemployment insurance claim payments.
