Pros

People are intelligent, thoughtful, communicative, and fun. Everyone cares deeply about the work they do, whether they are motivated by the mission or the technical challenges, or just getting to work together. There is a lot of room for professional growth, by virtue of being a high-growth startup. The cool thing though, is that management makes room for you to pursue ideas and supports your growth. Culture is very transparent. Everyone reports on their projects, asks questions, surfaces bugs, etc.

Cons

The teams can form into clicks to some degree, so you have to have a reason to interact. Slack is life.

Pros

The product and development teams are fast and fun. The people make and develop things collaboratively, seem to enjoy what they are doing and don't complain too much. The team is made up of mostly young people, so while occasionally lacking focus or management - they are agile and generally accomplish their goals. As with most tech companies there is a lot of pressure to succeed, metrics to be hit and people's opinions occasionally clash, but it is mostly dealt with well. The perks are good, they compensate well and the office is nice. Overall it is a very comfortable place to work.

Cons

There is a very strong willed set of management and it can be hard to argue your point effectively. The teams are still small and occasionally don't have the resources or experience that I would say is necessary. This doesn't come up that often.
