Thanks for your feedback, we understand that our company maybe not be a great culture fit for everyone. I would like to address some of the points you made so we can avoid any misconceptions: Our office does offer the opportunity for social interactions, such as: - Monthly company-paid outings (we've gone to the OC Fair, Lucille's, Pinot's Pallette, and AMC, all within the last 3 months, just to name a few) - Behavior Activities in which we do something different/interesting to break our regular office routine, which can be games as you mentioned - Weekly check-ins with the entire company to share what we did over the weekend, and what our goals are for the coming week - Book Club, where our employees get together every week and discuss a fun book they are reading together. - Additionally, everyone in our company is friendly, and is open to striking up a conversation at any time. Our CEO is in the office every day. Our company offers flexibility for employees to come into the office earlier/later as they wish, so this may have affected this employee's perception of how often the CEO is here. However, the majority of the time (at least half the shift) all employees have the ability to pop into the CEO's office and discuss anything and everything, which is a huge plus of working at a small company like ours. We also offer a flexible WFH policy on a set number of days per year, and buy the entire company lunch on Fridays to show appreciation for everyone. Our company also offers great growth opportunities. Most of the time (as in most companies) promotions to Management positions require 2+ years of seniority. Promotions to the management level, after being at the company for only a few months, are rare. Our HR has sympathy for all employee's personal situations, and directly communicates all concerns with the CEO/Management team, as appropriate. We as a company are pretty lenient (more so than other companies), but once an employee's personal life starts to affect their performance on the job, and the rest of the department, we do have to sit down and address job expectations. Because we are a smaller company, each person's duties and presence are vital to ensuring success of our business.
