Pros
Fantastic support for all their photographers from middle management. I instantly befriended the half a dozen or so of them and they have always been professional and supportive no matter how far out of their way they've had to go.
Cons
Management seems to have a problem delegating responsibilities. The company went downhill when upper management changed with the new president. Overall, it seems the company is losing clients across the board, and resources have been wasted on projects that haven't even gotten off the ground and quality control is all but non existent. I was told many times that I was going to be promoted and relocated to do so, but no one ever followed through and I watched other people promoted to the positions I was promised, even though I had a proven track record with the company and helped to bring in some big clients.
