Pros
Very helpful staff, they love rewarding everyone at the end of the week for doing a wonderful job. You learn sooooo much so quickly which was great! We got to work closely with Congress's staff and occasionally got to interact with the congress members themselves. Very rewarding experience.
Cons
Even though it was a 9-5 we sometimes had to stay over time. You get paid monthly, which sometimes was hard for a few of us. Luckily Im good with spending wisely so it didn't really affect me too much. I was also working in the sales dept, but it wasn't the best experience.
