      2 hours of online interview, if pass, proceed to on-site panel interview. The process is interesting. Managers are young and very encouraging. The culture is great with a lot of flexibility. The salary raise percentage is good.

      flexible working hours, mostly work from home.

      Cons

      crazy work load, stressful working hours, since you work from home, you pretty much work all day, and you might need to be up 3am in the morning to monitor the sales during the big days.
