      The team was truly like family working together for a cause with a supervisor that really cared in the detox unit

      Cons

      Other workers in other departments would place work on us that were not in our job discussion, and the inconsistency would cause issues from clients because of staff splitting

      This is a great job for having an impact on the community. Great coworkers, and you meet a lot of good people.

      Cons

      The higher ups seemed out of touch with the reality of what's going on at times. The job can also be very emotionally draining at times.
