Pros

Very friendly firm, everyone was generally kind. Very relaxed approach and dress code. Have half day Friday's in the summer.

Cons

The management was a cluster. The owner was never there and never knew what was going on with the company. Then the sales manager and a ton of the staff quit suddenly. Went down in flames.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As you may know, we have had several internal changes over the past few months that have greatly improved the lack of communication across departments along with strengthening our core values and purpose. People are the core of our business, and taking care of our customers is just as important as taking care of our associates. It is with great importance that we continue to strive to provide an environment where associates feel they’re valued, treated fairly and respected. I sincerely apologize for your experience and only wish you the absolute best in all your future endeavors.

Pros

My hours were very flexible which is really helpful for a college student. I got to be a part of a wide range of creative outlets which was informative. There were some other cool employees and and I got a lot of free shirts. They also got me a cake for my birthday which was really fun.

Cons

There wasn't a huge opportunity to move up and I didn't always feel that my work was valued. I didn't really get opportunities to have my work presented to clients and potentially printed (if they ended up liking them). I had been there for a year when they hired more people as art interns and although i had seniority and had a lot more experience, the new girls started telling me what to do and acting like (and practically being) in charge. I felt disrespected in a lot of ways by the time I left.
