Esop three vacations a year cancer and life insurance and the employees I work with are great
Cons
Company expects to much out of you and don't want to pay you. . Worked there 11 years and I haven't had a raise in three because I'm topped out but new mgrs coming in make what I make starting out. I have broke my back for this company along with many more mgrs and they could care less. Wouldn't be a mgr again for this company
