Pros

Remote work, standard benefits, only if your desperate or need some IT experience

Cons

Poor management, training was awful, they go over the things you need to know and how to do your jobs very vaguely and in poor detail, expect you to learn on the job, and doesn't even provide the tools and software until a few months down the line when you need it on day one... honestly, if you like getting yelled at on a daily basis from stupid customers with the pay being sub-par, then you might thrive at this job, otherwise, look for something else if you can

Pros

If you Have good Numbers at the end of each quarter you do qualify for a bonus,

Cons

you have to always be snapping pictures for QC they Don't always comply they make it difficult a lot of times you do drive a lot.
