Pros
They TRY to promote a good company culture, not that they're succeeding. Non-management employees are good to work with. There's sometimes free-time to learn/experiment, sometimes not, depends on the team you're on.
Cons
Pay is 15% below industry standard for the area. PTO is barely adequate. - After FIVE years you get 3 extra days -_- No raises ever, unless you're irreplaceable and give notice, they'll try to bribe you into staying. 401K vesting/matching is a joke. Takes years until you get any company matching and it's very little. Management is completely disorganized. Unnecessary work is created all the time. Corners constantly cut (at the managerial decision level) for immediate benefit but creating long term problems. It'e run like a mom n pop shop - The owner/CEO says to du something and everyone just does it no matter how dumb/shoot yourself in the foot it is.
