Pros

Great team to work with (with the exception of the office lead) Office lead is barely in the office (which is a good thing but you wouldn't want him around)

Cons

Rude, unprofessional office lead who tries to invade the privacy of every employee in the office. He tried to make the employees split the cost of medical insurance because it increased year on year. No career growth. If you don't want to progress and move up the latter, this company is for you. False claims on flexibility from day one, but the truth is there is none of that and you will feel guilty for not coming into work when you're not feeling well and without a doctor's note, your day will be deducted from your salary. Senior Management will turn a blind eye to all of this despite knowing about the situations. No benefits. You just get 10% back if you book a hotel through HotelsCombined .

Pros

Working for HotelsCombined was a rewarding experience for several reasons. The company was at the forefront of the travel industry, providing innovative solutions to connect travelers with the best hotel deals globally. I had the opportunity to design and execute a strategic hotel acquisition strategy, which allowed me to make a direct impact on business growth while collaborating with major hotel chains and regional partners. Additionally, the company fostered a dynamic and collaborative work environment where I led a team, managed API integrations, and contributed to exponential revenue growth. The fast-paced nature of the role, combined with the chance to work on impactful projects, made HotelsCombined a great place to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons
