Toxic environment No growth for loyal employees Seniors are pathetic they don’t allow people to grow in the organization They will break your confidence and get you stuck in their office politics. You can’t learn or implement your new ideas because if that gets clicked, you will be appreciated so seniors here don't allow that to happen. Every work even if you have time everything will be dumped at 7 o clock so that you can extend your working hours You have to work on Saturdays n sometimes sundays n you will not get paid for that Though your doing your work great none appreciates you Seniors lack knowledge so they are working here I mean almost 60% people are working here since 6-15 years here Too much gossip and planning against young colleagues. Your mind will stop working here.

Only good thing was we get work from home. Ravi Taneja is a very genuine and kind hearted person.

Honestly respectful CEO of Hotelogix at Bengaluru is stuck with small arrangements. Need to take care of employees mental health on priority as most of them are fulfulling job role of more then 2 person. Few things to improve - elder colleagues are free most of the time, they surely help to make the environment even more toxic. It is a red alert to give retirement to such people who are practising from years that too in your presence and at professional place.
