      Always improving! Very knowledgeable management staff always new things to learn a big chance to grow in this company top tecnology

      Provably the main cons are the schedule of this institution because they work 24 7 365 and there is not stop in production so it is very intense

      very dynamic and you get a lot of experience from different areas like hydraulic pneumatic mechanic and electrical.. good team . every one help each other

      Cons

      it is very hard to get promoted since you deal directly with the owners. there is a lot of tension during the high season
