Pros - If you want to learn things in a hard way then yes this the company you should look for. The company head is a big time joker who will never allow you to speak or to put your point of view across.

Cons : Losers they are big-time losers you will never get your salary on time as it will ages. So be aware. If you want to do social service of working for free then also still think about it a couple of time because they suck big time. If you thinking they your current job is worst and still want to give a try then this will be the disastor. So even if you are jobless sit at home but dont join here.

Workload is less in some departments

1. Salary is never credited on time 2. No management, just a couple running the company out of their house, one of which, is also HR who creates the policy for employees and changes as per their convenience 3. They keep changing the company's name, website, and hope and pray that with a new name the company will flourish 4. They fire people on the same day if you speak anything that MD does not like 5. You will have to wait for 4-5 months to get your Full & Final settlement 6. Some days employees have to pay for milk out of their own pockets to get tea in the office
