Friendly coworkers who are all great to work with and an incredible and responsive HR Director who is willing to help resolve issues and even give helpful career advice. There were great benefits under former management (Thompson Hotels), though I cannot speak to the current benefit situation. Willing to work with schedules as long as advance notice is given.
Cons
The hotel management companies changed three times during the time of my employment and is now operating under its fourth new management company since 2012. There seems to be a recurring issue between management companies and the pencil-pushing building ownership.
