Benefits package is good. Location of LES

Poor pay. Long hours. No breaks offered. One lazy dictator at the property that ruins it for all. Makes it a miserable place to work.

Laid back setting with small enough staff you get to know everyone & feel like family. Good mix of clients, typically generous if you do the right thing. Good/frequent opportunities for commission.

Management was a mess the last few years, essentially non-existent. Opportunity for growth is rarely available.
