Exciting location and industry to work in. Very fast moving. Company is privately owned so different perspective than large corporation. Competitive pay.

Quite a bit of turnover. Some changes in upper management over the past year(s) make one wonder what is going on. Lack of clear vision from managers feel like a lack of direction. Could be stronger team orientated.
