      - The internship program is thoughtfully designed and well-structured. - There are case competitions that allow collaboration and interaction with other interns.

      Cons

      The internship tasks vary depending on the department. In my case, due to the large scale of the project, it could only progress to the reporting stage, making it difficult to see actual implementation results.
