Pros

1. I joined hotwax as a java trainer and I was told that I have to train Employees on various frameworks like spring, advance java etc. In the beggening things were going pretty well and I was trapped in the dogma of Hotwax family which later turned out to be a trap. Instead of java I was told to learn react js and when I learned that they told me master ionic and god knows what, basically they don't have clarity on anything. There is no best reason to work, its IT company cum family group, managers are boss family members and they do anything what thay want.

Cons

1. people are not competent for their jobs and that includes the people at managerial roles as well. 2. Poor leadership, Micromanagement and useless talks at work will definitely feel you like crushing your head sometimes. 3. Don't even think of managing your work life balance, they don't even have process to manage the work at all basically consider yourself as slaves. 4. Bootlicking is the best way to be in good books and to be relevant in this company you have to do it wheather you like it or not. 5. There is no job security here they beileve in hire and fire policy. 6. People try to poke their noses in your business and yes, this company is no less than a Coffee with Karan show where they love gossiping over anything. 7. A new trend is adopted by Anil patel of writing linkedin post basically it's a new way to traumatizing employees. 8. HR is completely working under management like puppet and owner relationship. Advice to Management 1. If you want professional employees then first be professional at your end. 2. Get knowledge of how trainers work in the professional world. Hiring puppets for this work will not do any good to you. 3. Train employees, they will grow you. 4. Give respect to the techies who provide their time to train others. 5. Stop treating Employee as a labor class like whatever you will say they will do that. Hire some good skilled Manager.

Pros

I had been looking for a Marketing job in Salt Lake City where I could work with open-minded, hard-working, yet friendly and fun people. I was ready to throw in the towel and take a job in Colorado when I interviewed with HotWax Systems. I could not be happier that I was patient enough to find the right job, because for me this is the most perfect position, setting, product to market, everything. The main office here in SLC has only a few employees, the CEO included, but we get to work with people on 4 different continents - which is always fun. We have all sorts of office traditions and Friday afternoon darts matches, celebrate achievements with lunch, and so on. It's a very supportive atmosphere, where everyone does their best to support the company, to be creative, proactive, to learn new things and grow. And it's working! The company just launched an SaaS product called HotWax Commerce - an ERP platform that is comparable to SAP in capabilities - that embodies 20 years of the CXOs consultancy and tech know-how. The thing is it's actually a really good product, real benefits, real concern for the customer, real concern for everyone who works here - it's a unicorn, you just can't find companies like these. With all of the investment, and new hiring, I'm seriously expecting the company to go big really soon, well beyond the 100 current employees. The best part: now is the time when employees can invent their own jobs and departments, come up with standards and procedures, and set the tone for their future colleagues. I seriously love it.

Cons

I've never had or heard a complaint: fair pay, parking, endless supplies of string cheese and gummy bears, weekly trainings on the product, the occasional teambuilding and party. I was a bit taken aback by some negative comments from Indore, but they turned out to be disgruntled applicants who didn't make the cut. There's real concern here for all of the employees.
