      Pros

      The book writing was enjoyable and interesting, and the clients were mostly great.

      Cons

      They blocked me off their site so I could not apply for more jobs. I made one mistake--I admit it--and their reaction I feel was harsh. By then I had written 15-20 books for them and my clients for the most part were satisfied.

      The management are supportive, the projects are great, and there is a lot of opportunity to work.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little better, but the content and co-workers make it all worth while.
