Management is horrible - Clinical Assistant Hot Springs Health Program Employee Review

The management is horrible. There is rampant favoritism. It’s always under staffed due to poor management. Management doesn’t know how to talk to or treat the employees respectfully. It’s a very punitive environment. Employees are expected to work large amounts of overtime due to staffing requirements, management never helps with any of it. A handful of people do the work while the rest hangout.
