Pros

For salary and benefits, I can confidently say they are far above the average companies in Bali. Since this is a global company, the compensation standards are highly considered by management and aligned with global benchmarks. Employee programs also run consistently. There are monthly events that include team-building competitions and birthday celebrations, which strengthen teamwork and bonding among employees. Besides being fun, there are also plenty of snacks during these monthly activities. There are also yearly events, such as the end-of-year dinner held towards the end of the year, with the venue rotating among various 5-star hotels. Career paths are clear and structured, as management places strong emphasis on internal hiring and promotion systems for higher level positions. On top of that, the most remarkable aspect is the flexibility offered by management—from freedom in work attire, scheduling, and taking leave, to allowing employees to bring personal items to make their workstations as comfortable as possible. And also, the experience and the opportunity to work and collaborate with international teams, where we can learn and exchange insights about work ethics, systems, and diverse working processes from the branch offices in 20 countries.

Cons

The only concern I have is the office space. With the growing number of employees, the current workspace feels insufficient and would greatly benefit from a larger area. This would allow for a more proper and well-organized arrangement of each team’s working space.

Pros

- Decent pay for US staff. However, I was grandfathered in after A2 Hosting's acquisition and rebranding, so this could be different now. - Engaging tasks, variety. - Good for building a resume and getting familiar with common technologies. - Some room for vertical growth (L1-L3), managerial, and product positions.

Cons

- Churn and burn of old user base post-acquisition. Many customers will be upset, which makes doing your job more difficult. - Dozens of smaller brands are slowly being assimilated into the Hosting.com, and you will be supporting them too. Complete lack of documentation surrounding most of these brands, tons of tribal knowledge, lack of clear SMEs. You will need to get to know everybody and self-organize. - Several rounds of company-wide RIFs, largely targeting US staff, likely in order to cut costs - Not remote friendly.

Pros

Only some people are friendly

Cons

This company look good online but reality is very diferent. Work enviroment is toxic and full of stress. Management care more about image than people. In the office many people are very twofaced. They smile and act friendly in front of you, but talk bad behind your back. You never know who you can trust and this make work very uncomfortable. They are asking employes to write positive reviews and then tell them to confirm when done after posting. This make many people very uncomfortable. It feel like they are tracking who post and who not. Many employes afraid if they don’t do it, they can lose job or get punished. If company was really good, they would not need to force workers to write good things. High rating is not real, it is made by pressure. People are scared, morale is low, and trust is gone. I do not recomend working here if you value respect and honest work culture.
