      Pros

      Hostaway is growing very fast! This created opportunities for me to get experience and exposure to things that were unavailable to me in other jobs I've had. I also got stock options that provided me with a nice payday that allowed me to branch out on my own and seek a new personal opportunity.

      Cons

      Hostaway is growing very fast! As a result nothing is stagnant. If you are looking for a slower paced, lower pressure job then Hostaway is not for you.

      Remote culture, good team, interesting product, competitive salary

      Cons

      Sometimes the communication between teams could be better, and onboarding documentation can be more detailed. But nothing that is dealbreaker.

      Remote work, good benefits, flexible PTO

      Cons

      Unachievable goals. Management wants you to hit 15 booked meetings and judges you based off of Revenue. Hire/Fire factory for new college grads. They will drop you immediately when you stop hitting goal. Leads are atrocious.
