Pros

Initial training covered a wide variety of topics related to web-hosting issues.

Cons

Expectations regarding the the level of support offered to customers are at odds with expectations regarding the quota. Your value as a low level employee has little to do with what problems you can solve, and more to do with getting people off the phone/chat as soon as possible. Employees who are adept at boiler plating their responses and declining assistance based on scope of support can make their quota and earn bonuses, but if they cannot make friends with management they will get stuck at junior admin level II.

The office and company culture was above par for the tech industry until they sold.

Cons

The company was sold to an IT chopshop and quality followed suite.
