Pros
You can pretty much pick your shift, free lunch, massages, gym, and nice game room. Since being bought out they their benefits and pto keep getting better and better, also better pay. I got 3 raises in one year.
Cons
A lot of employees don't have great hygiene and the smoking area is disgusting. Since it's a younger demographic there are a lot of people that think they deserve everything for doing the bare minimum and then have no clue why they don't advance. A lot of complainers. Never quite understood why people would complain about the free lunch.
