Pros
HostGator is an awesome place to work, and has been for several years now. The management definitely tries to listen and provide a fun and enjoyable work environment. There's a lot to be said for having a job I don't dread getting up to go, and actually look forward to being at the office.
Cons
There's a lot of employees at HG where this is their first "real" job. Sometimes that can get a bit frustrating since they base work life in comparison to HighSchool and get upset when they actually have to do real work.
